Japan Automobile Importers Association, the 1965 liberalization of automobile imports in Japan (1965), and was established as a nonprofit corporation based import and export trade law. Consist of directly imported by the importer contracts with foreign auto manufacturers, for the healthy development of the import car market, to create various statistics, joint exhibition project, we are a business and technical information.

In recent years focusing on environmental and safety issues, efforts to harmonize international activities and aims to foreign countries and institutions involved in the automotive industry automotive market in Japan, internationalization of the economy contribute to the healthy development of motorization in Japan strives.
